1. Orders & Payments
Q: How can I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can then enter your shipping details and complete the payment.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order only before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout. We also offer free shipping promotions on select products/orders from time to time.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Delivery usually takes [7–10 working days] after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS to monitor your order status.
3. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Q: Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
A: No. Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged.
Q: What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and product photos/videos. We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.
Q: Will I get a refund if I return a product?
A: Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

A: You can shop as a guest, but creating an account helps you track orders easily and access special offers.
