Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with Statbo, operated under Nav Prabha Sahitya Sadan. We aim to provide you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully.
1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
In case of delays due to high demand, stock unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified via email/phone.
Once an order is confirmed, it is processed and handed over to our delivery partner.
Shipping charges are applied at this stage. These charges cover the cost of processing and dispatching your order to the courier partner.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on specific products or order values.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping address and courier partner.
Standard delivery within India usually takes [7–10 working days] after dispatch.
Remote or rural areas may take longer.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are separate from shipping charges.
Delivery charges are payable for the final handover of the product to you by the delivery agent.
These charges go directly to the delivery agent and are non-refundable once delivery is attempted.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS.
You can use this tracking ID to monitor your order status online.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the shipping address provided.
If you are unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact you for rescheduling.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. Additional re-shipping charges may apply.
Delivery Rejections
If a customer rejects delivery of their order without prior approval, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting delivery charges.
Shipping charges are also non-refundable.
In prepaid orders, refunds (after deduction) will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with photos/videos of the package.
We will verify the claim and take appropriate action as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.
7. Service Coverage
We currently deliver to most locations within India through trusted courier partners.
If your pin code is not serviceable, we will inform you before processing the order.
