Refund, Replacement & Exchange Policy
At Statbo, operated under Nav Prabha Sahitya Sadan, we strive to provide the best quality products and service. However, please note that all products sold on our platform are ineligible for return, refund, replacement, or exchange once sold.
Exception – Request-Based Consideration
Customers who wish to raise a concern may contact us at support@statbo.in within 24 hours of delivery.
Your request must include:

Order ID and invoice copy.

Clear explanation of the issue.

Photographic or video proof.
Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Review & Approval

Every request will be carefully reviewed by our support team.

Approval or rejection of requests is at the sole discretion of Statbo after evaluation.

Customers will be informed of the decision via email.
Delivery Rejection

If a customer chooses to reject delivery of their order without prior approval, the product cost may be refunded, but delivery/shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after deduction.
Important Notes

Products are considered final sale unless Statbo approves a special request as per this policy.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases where Statbo is at fault.
