Cancellation Policy
At Statbo (operated under Nav Prabha Sahitya Sadan), we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our Cancellation Policy below.
1. Order Cancellations by Customer

Cancellations are allowed only before the order is shipped/dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To cancel, please contact our customer support at support@statbo.in with your Order ID as soon as possible.
2. Refund on Cancellation

If the cancellation request is received and approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not permitted. However, you may be eligible for a return/replacement if the product is defective or damaged (refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy).
3. Cancellations by Statbo
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

Product is out of stock or discontinued.

Incorrect pricing or listing error.

Payment not received or failed transaction.

Delivery service unavailable for your pin code.

Suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be initiated.
4. Non-Cancellable Products
Certain products may be marked as “Non-Cancellable” on the product page. Orders for such items cannot be canceled once placed.
